The Story of Vasek Polak
Show Notes

Vasek Polak Jr joins the boys to give an anecdote-laden account of how his father left Chechoslovakia for America in 1949, a move which culminated in the first stand-alone Porsche dealership in the US and a motorsports business preparing race cars for some of the most decorated Stateside names including Roger Penske, Bob Holbert and George Follmer. With long-held links to Porsche AG and enviable success with iconic race cars such as the 917, 934 and 935, Vasek Polak is a household name in racing and commerce, yet few know how the dynasty started – until now!
